January - Nixson’s celebration of life - January 3

The date and location has been changed to January 3, 2026, from noon to 2:30 at the Nativity of Our Lady Catholic Church - https://www.nativityslo.org/ - 221 Daly Avenue, San Luis Obispo. Please RSVP if you plan to attend to Dave Humphreys davidhumphreys28@gmail.com Dave says “We were all deeply affected by Nixson’s life and truly saddened by his passing. Let us be there to support Edward as he grieves his profound loss.”

February’s meeting was hosted by Tricia on Sunday, February 8 at 1:00 PM.

March (In-between Workshop)

On Sunday, March 8, Cheryl hosted the in-between workshop on Cyanotype.

April (General Meeting)

April’s meeting was hosted by Maryanne on Sunday, April 12 at 1:00 PM.
Work shared: Barbara shared small etchings she has been working out the details on with impressive results. Rosey also shared some of his work, showing the use of floor wax to coat linoleum for differences in color applications. Patti L. shared cyanotype images she made at Cheryl’s workshop. Glass infusion coasters were shared by Lynn. Cheryl passed around wood blocks and a fabric image she brought back from her India excursion.

May (In-between Workshop)

On Sunday, May 10, Barbara and Rosey hosted the in-between workshop on Intaglio Printmaking on Linoleum.
